Today's outfit was a huge hit. In Dunkin Donuts, a little girl told me how much she liked my dress, then showed me her shirt, her jeans, and her donut. They were all pink and she was very happy about this. It was adorable. Her father then asked me if I was dressing up for Sunday. I hadn't realized it was Sunday. Two other little girls watched me carefully as they ate their donuts, but said nothing. The cashiers in the first Joann's I went to were very impressed by the fact I'd made the skirt. You'd think, working in Joann's, they'd see more people in handmade clothes. Another customer asked my sister if I was in a pageant while I was looking at buttons (probably thinking she was my mother), to which my sister responded, "No she just dresses like this because she'd just that awesome", because Willow is just that awesome. A girl in Spencers came up to me, told me I looked awesome, and asked me for a hug. I declined. I was very surprised to see a fangirl outside of cons. This day was not over, for as soon as I got home, I saw that my mother had a visitor, whom told me I looked lovely and much like young ladies she saw in Japan in the seventies.
